The design of a Format for an Italian gelato shop in China by Jingnan Bian, Hao Tang and Yuping Yang, aims to replicate the format of a famous roman Gelato shop, reworking the concept for the Chinese market. The design was selected for ADI Design Index 2021 a prize that is awarded every two years during the Compasso d’Oro award to the most deserving thesis or teaching projects.
